Head above the the parapet

My first blog! Well this is something I once said that I would never do, so I guess the first comment has to be "never say never". My reluctance about blogging has to a large degree been overcome by reading and learning from other people's blogs. Nonetheless it is still a bit scary putting your head above the parapet so I will send these few words off into the ether and see if there is anyone out there!

  2. Thanks Kelvin. Still sorting out how this thing works but it seems to be coming together.

  3. I'm a fan of wordpress rather than blogger, so I'm probably no help.

  4. Hello Cliff, welcome to blogging. I agree that it can be a bit daunting getting a blog off the ground - finding the right tone and getting used to the medium. But I think you'll find it very enjoyable once you get going. Good luck.

  5. Good to meet you Cliff - it seems to me that blogging, like Life, is an ongoing experiment.

Like Life, some of the blogging experience is good, some not so good. Always, there is Potential for Good and Better. And THAT is very well worth engaging with.

I hope your first steps feel ok. And positive. And worth following with the next steps.

Yup. There's LOTS of folks out here (tho we don't always admit to it). This one's pleased to find you. I shall be along again. x

  7. How excellent to see you blogging! Blogger has served me well for a terrifying 4 years, I now realise ...though I have to say that this format for posting comments doesn't work on Firefox; I have to open a Safari window to leave a comment.
